The discount will be applied to our fee for selling your property, payable after exchange of contracts. The discount is 10% from the net fee.
Terms and conditions:
- The signed Agency contract, which must be fully and accurately completed by the owner(s), along with necessary documentation to allow full marketing to commence must be returned to the office no later than close of business on 31st August 2023.
- Clients will be required to provide evidence that they are the legal owner(s) of the property in question.
- The opening date for eligible new instructions is 15th June 2023.
- The closing date for eligible new instructions is 31st August 2023.
- A Sole Agency for the sale of their property will be required for a minimum period of 16 weeks.
- Sales are subject to a minimum fee of £2000+VAT.
- A for sale board will be erected at the property.
